Draft for review. These terms are not yet in force and will be finalised before Bluu runs on mainnet.
These terms govern your use of Bluu at bluupad.com (the “site”), run by Bluupad (“we”, “us”). By using the site, connecting a wallet to it, or sending a transaction through it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
You may not access or use the site, or use it to interact with the Bluu contracts, if you are located in, resident in, or a citizen of any of the following, or if you act for anyone who is.
We may add to this list at any time. We may block access from these places, including by IP address, and you must not get around a block, for example with a VPN or proxy. If we believe you are using the site from a restricted place, we may stop you using it without notice. The contracts run on public blockchains and we cannot stop or reverse transactions sent to them; you remain responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
Bluu is a website that helps you use smart contracts on Robinhood Chain, Arc and Solana to launch tokens and to trade them. The contracts run on public blockchains; the site prepares transactions and your own wallet signs and sends them. For some claims the site sends the transaction for you and pays its network fee; it can only pay the wallet the claim names.
You are responsible for your wallet, its keys and its recovery phrase. We will never ask for them. Anyone with your keys can act as you, and we cannot recover lost keys or reverse a transaction.
If you launch a token, you confirm and accept that:
Bluu's protections reduce some risks; they do not remove them, and they are not an insurance policy or a guarantee of any payment.
Rugs, Dead classifications, developer scores and insurance payout lists are decided by automated rules and signed by independent attestor keys before the contracts act on them. Certain keys can pause trading, launches, rug confirmations and seizures, cancel a pending seizure, a confirmed rug or a payout list before claims open, or change settings within limits fixed in the code; no key can send your funds to a destination of its choosing. Who can do what is set out in What is locked, and who can do what. We may restrict or end access to the site, or hide content on it, at any time; we cannot change what is on the blockchain.
A wallet may set a username and picture by signing a message. Do not use a name or picture that impersonates anyone, infringes anyone's rights, or is unlawful, hateful or sexually explicit. We may remove any profile or token picture, description or link from the site. Your address is always shown beside your profile.
The site can help you move funds to Solana as USDC and sell them through MoonPay. Circle (from Arc), LI.FI and the bridge it picks (from Robinhood Chain) and MoonPay are third parties: MoonPay checks your identity, decides which countries and payout methods it serves, and takes its own fees. Every step is signed by your own wallet, and we never receive the money.
Nothing on the site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. You make your own decisions and should get independent advice where you need it.
You are responsible for any taxes on your launches, trades, fees and payouts.
The site links to and relies on services we do not control, including wallets, blockchains, explorers, Meteora, Uniswap, Cloudflare, Privy, Circle, LI.FI, MoonPay and GitHub. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for them.
The Bluu name, logo, the Bluu cat and the site's design and text belong to us. You may not use them to suggest that we endorse you or your token.
The site and contracts are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that the site will be available, error-free or secure, or that any information on it is accurate or complete.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss of tokens, funds, profits or data, or any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of the site or the contracts, including losses caused by other users, token creators, price movements, or failures of blockchains, wallets or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to cover our losses and costs from claims made against us because you broke these terms or the law, including through a token you launched.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms; changes do not alter the rules a token launched with.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will hear any dispute. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your own country, and you may also bring a claim in its courts.
