Quick answers to common questions, and what the words on the site mean.
Questions
- Why did my trade fail? Usually the price moved past your slippage tolerance before it landed. Nothing was spent but the network fee. See Trading on Bluu.
- I was rugged. When can I claim? About four hours after the rug is confirmed, for 48 hours, if your loss is among the 50 largest. Sell all of the token first. See Rugs and claims.
- Does insurance cover a token that just died? No. Only a confirmed rug in the first 30 days opens a claim.
- Can a creator pull the liquidity? No, never. See Contracts and security.
- Where do I claim creator fees? On the Claim page, whoever you are: creator, another wallet, or a GitHub account.
- Why can't I sell my Early Lock buy? Buys made while the first 10% of the curve is being bought are held for 7 days. Claim them from the token's escrow page (from the Early Lock card on the token page) once the time is up.
- How do I get Hold Mode rewards? Hold through a round without selling or sending any of the token. When the round has closed and its result is signed, the Hold Mode panel on the token page shows what you can claim; Claim All collects every round at once, within 30 days. See Hold Mode.
- Is a username proof of identity? No. Profiles are self-declared; trust the address.
- Why is there no score on this developer? They have not been scored yet. A dash means no record, which is not the same as a bad one.
