Profiles
A name and a picture for your wallet
Any wallet can set a username and picture by signing a message. They are shown beside the address, never instead of it.
Setting one
Open your developer page from the wallet menu, choose a username and a picture, and sign the message your wallet shows. There is no account and no password: the signature proves the wallet is yours. It works with EVM wallets and with Solana wallets such as Phantom.
- The message names the exact change, and each signature works once.
- Names that impersonate Bluu or its roles are refused, and so is anything that looks like an address.
- A name can change at most once a week, so it cannot be swapped straight after a rug.
- Pictures are cropped and re-encoded; nothing else from the uploaded file is kept.
Where it shows
Picture, then name, then the short address: in the wallet button, recent trades, the holders table, escrow and campaign lists, and on developer pages.
Where this stops
- A profile is self-declared and never verified. A name tells you what the wallet calls itself, not who is behind it — the address is what counts.
- A profile has no effect on the developer rating.
